1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Wash-Can's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Description
Wash-Can provides professional trash can and dumpster cleaning services for residential and commercial customers. Our services include:
- High-pressure hot water cleaning and sanitization
- Eco-friendly deodorization treatments
- Optional driveway rinsing services
- One-time, monthly, and custom scheduling options
3. Booking and Payment
All services must be booked through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Payment terms include:
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe
- Recurring services will be automatically charged according to your selected plan
- All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may incur a 50% cancellation fee
- No-shows (bins not accessible) will be charged the full service amount
- Rescheduling is free if done with 24+ hours notice
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, customers agree to:
- Place bins in an accessible location (typically curbside) on service day
- Empty bins of all trash and debris before service
- Ensure bins are free of hazardous materials, sharp objects, or excessive buildup
- Provide accurate contact information and service address
- Notify us of any access issues or special requirements
6. Service Limitations
While we strive for excellence, please note:
- We cannot guarantee removal of permanent stains or damage existing before service
- Bins with excessive damage may not be cleanable
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons
- Service times are estimated and may vary due to route conditions
7. Liability and Insurance
Wash-Can carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins or property damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered.
8. Privacy

9. Modifications to Terms
Wash-Can reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
